Some have called Samar a serial connecter-of-the-dots, and he’s never denied it. Having cooked up the Good&Co concept in the spring of 2012, he quickly realized how obscenely lucky he was to have stumbled upon a cause that has attracted a scary-smart team of believers. In line with Good&Co’s purpose of creating happier and more productive workplaces, Samar firmly believes that there is no such thing as a bad workplace or a bad employee, just a bad fit. Over the years, he has led diverse teams of technologists, designers and researchers to drive breakthrough product innovation. When he’s not busy scheming interstellar domination, Samar can be found riding his motorcycle in the hills of SF or writing in the third person about himself.
